Note: the I-Mark Controller can be assigned a Static IP address or when enabled it can also use DHCP to aqquire and IP address automatically.  By Default the I-Mark Controller will ship with a Static IP address in the following format

 

IP:                     192.168.1.XXX

Subnet Mask:  255.255.0.0

 

When connecting to the I-Mark controller to your network via a hub or switch,  you should use the included Blue CAT5e cable (or equivalent) patch cable. If you are connecting the I-Mark controller directly to a PC or laptop, you will need to use the included Red CAT5e cross over cable.
